Digital report
Main Crops and Main Pesticides in Colombia is a 12-page PDF in English dated 20 November 2025. A PDF reader is required. It provides information as of its edition date, not a registration, market authorization or current pesticide-use recommendation. Future updates and consulting are excluded. The buyer receives an internal-use licence; redistribution, resale or publication requires authorization, without restricting legally permitted uses.
Price and payment
The product card states the USD reference and taxes. Wompi charges COP; the applicable total, including taxes, is shown before payment. No automatic USD conversion is applied without displaying the COP amount for acceptance. There is no physical shipment or delivery charge. Review and correct details or abandon before authorizing payment. A payment attempt or checkout return is not proof of approval. Keep the Wompi receipt and reference. The tax invoice is issued separately.
Delivery
Our team coordinates email delivery once payment is confirmed. The deadline is 2 business days after verifying approved payment. Delivery uses the email provided at purchase. Any incident will be communicated there without limiting statutory remedies. There is no public download. Contact us with your payment reference if delivery is pending; do not pay again to resolve delivery.
One-hour consultation
Submit company, name, position, email, phone and topic. Our team reviews scope, availability and conflicts and may accept or decline. Only after approval will you receive a private proposal stating the total fee, taxes, 60-minute duration, format, availability, rescheduling conditions and payment-link validity. Accept these terms before paying. Submitting is not a contract or reservation. Consulting fees are not publicly accessible on this site. Studies, written reports, filings and further work require separate scope; authority decisions are not guaranteed.
Withdrawal and refunds
Where Colombian consumer law applies, withdrawal may be exercised within 5 business days from delivery of goods or conclusion of the services contract, as applicable. Email identification, transaction reference and reply details. Legal exceptions apply, including services started with the consumer’s agreement; buying a PDF is not a presumed waiver and digital products are not categorically excluded. For ecommerce withdrawal, refunds must not exceed 15 calendar days after exercising the right and meeting applicable legal duties, through the payment instrument or agreed method. A voucher is not the sole refund option.
Payment reversal
For electronic payment fraud, unauthorized operations, non-delivery, wrong or defective products, complain to the seller and notify the payment-instrument issuer within 5 business days of learning of the issue or the expected delivery, as applicable. Provide transaction, date, amount, reason and evidence and make the product available where relevant. Reversals follow Article 51 of Law 1480 and its regulations.
Guarantee and complaints
Report damaged, incomplete or incorrect files for verification and remedy. Statutory guarantee rights remain. In legally covered cases of unavailability or missed agreed/statutory delivery deadlines, you may terminate and obtain an unreduced refund, within 15 calendar days where Article 50 applies. Send complaints, withdrawal and reversal requests to info.colombia@clavijobenitez.com or the physical address above, with your name, contact, reference, facts and remedy sought. We retain traceability and reply by the indicated channel. Direct consumer claims are answered within 15 business days. Request a copy of the transaction and terms at any time. The SIC is Colombia’s consumer protection authority.
